Mission Statement
Schwab Industries Inc. as a market leader is dedicated to a quality policy that is structured to the ISO9001-2008 standard. This policy is effectively understood, carried out and maintained at all levels of the organization, which ensures that products are supplied to achieve consistent customer satisfaction. Safety program ensures the organization meets all statutory and regulatory requirements. At Schwab Industries, Inc. we aim for the highest level of quality. With our highly motivated team members, will do whatever required, enabling us to meet the quality goals set by our customers and us. The quality policy is supported by quality improvement goals monitored regularly through mgt reviews and supported with the necessary resources.
As a tool to meet our objectives Schwab Industries will seek and maintain registration of its quality management system to ISO9001-2008 and other quality systems such as AS9100. Effectiveness of quality system is monitored through Semi Annual Internal, and third party ISO9001-2008 surveillance audits.
AS9100 quality system training commencing January 2010 with certification to follow. Approved supplier to many automotive and Aerospace industries, customer list can be prvided upon request.
Monitoring and Measurement equipment follows annual calibration program. ISO17025 Accredited CMM calibration certification to Boeing recognized standard.
Schwab Industries focuses on customer satisfaction through continuous improvement and on time delivery to achieve quality excellence and zero defects to all customers, external and internal. Examples of this are Leonard's Metal Inc letter of recognition September 2009, and General Dynamics consistent monthly overall supplier performance at 100%.
