Schwab Industries, Inc. uses the latest in technology for adaptive control resistance welding. Schwab Industries employs the most technically advanced D/C spot welding professionals in the industry. Our experience with body in white assembly is second to none. Some examples of our work range from roof bow assemblies, door and bodyside, assemblies to complete body in white builds. We also utilize robotic MIG welding for engine cradle assemblies, trailing axle assemblies or detail sub assemblies for various different applications. All welds are tested in accordance with industry standards to insure correct weld penetration and conformance. Destructive and non-destructive testing is completed before parts are approved to run, along with in process checks to verify ongoing quality of welds, and process.
